Star of the dish


  1. Preheat the oven at 180┬░C
  2. Soften the butter (do not melt) and stir smooth with a whisk
  3. Melt the Libeert chocolate in the microwave or au bain-marie
  4. Mix the hazelnut paste / chocolate through the smooth butter
  5. Whisk the eggs until foamy and stir through the hazelnut-butter mixture
  6. Add the cream and mix well
  7. Sieve the flour and baking powder and mix in, and lastly add the baking table chocolate drops
  8. Add the batter to an oven dish lined with baking paper and bake the brownies in the oven for 25 minutes
  9. Once done, let the brownies cool down on a grid and then cut them into squares of the size you want
  10. Enjoy!
