Ingrediënten
For +/- 30 Brownies
- 185g butter (room temperature)
- 125g Libeert 70%
- 100g hazelnut paste / 75g choco
- 4 eggs
- 300g granulated sugar
- 100 ml cream (5% - 7%)
- 150g flour
- 10g baking powder
- 60g bake stable chocolate drops
Recept
- Preheat the oven at 180°C
- Soften the butter (do not melt) and stir smooth with a whisk
- Melt the Libeert chocolate in the microwave or au bain-marie
- Mix the hazelnut paste / chocolate through the smooth butter
- Whisk the eggs until foamy and stir through the hazelnut-butter mixture
- Add the cream and mix well
- Sieve the flour and baking powder and mix in, and lastly add the baking table chocolate drops
- Add the batter to an oven dish lined with baking paper and bake the brownies in the oven for 25 minutes
- Once done, let the brownies cool down on a grid and then cut them into squares of the size you want
