Easter egg with raspberry granite

Star of the dish


  1. Put the sugar in a pot with 150 ml water and bring to a boil. Boil until the sugar has dissolved and leave to cool down
  2. Wash the raspberries and mix them with the lemon juice in a blender
    • Sieve the mixture to remove the kernels
  3. Add the raspberries to the sugar water and put this mixture in a shallow metal bowl
  4. Put this bowl in the freezer for 4 hours
    • Stir the granite with a fork after 1 hour, so that it doesn't become one big frozen mass
  5. Stir everything loose before serving. Serve in Libeert chocolate eggs, by carefully cutting off the tops
  6. Enjoy!
