Easter egg with raspberry granite

Raspberries granite for 4 persons
- 4 Libeert chocolate figures
- 150gr sugar
- 700gr raspberries
- A couple of strawberries
- A couple of berries
- 1 lemon
Recept
- Put the sugar in a pot with 150 ml water and bring to a boil. Boil until the sugar has dissolved and leave to cool down
- Wash the raspberries and mix them with the lemon juice in a blender
- Sieve the mixture to remove the kernels
- Add the raspberries to the sugar water and put this mixture in a shallow metal bowl
- Put this bowl in the freezer for 4 hours
- Stir the granite with a fork after 1 hour, so that it doesn't become one big frozen mass
- Stir everything loose before serving. Serve in Libeert chocolate eggs, by carefully cutting off the tops
