Ingrediënten
For +/- 30 brownies
- 3 tbsp linseed, whole or broken
- 200 g dark chocolate* - chopped
- 100 g vegan butter, eg. margarine
- 150 g flour - sieved
- 50 g cocoa powder - sieved
- 1 tsp baking powder
- salt
- 200 g white soft sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 150 ml almond milk
Recept
- Preheat the oven (electric: 180°C / hot air: 160°C)
- Mix the linseeds with 6 tbsp cold water in a bowl. Set the mixture aside, the linseeds will expand and replace the egg in these vegan brownies
- Melt the chocolate and the butter au-bain marie. Let this cool down to room temperature
- Mix the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder and a dash of salt
- Stir the sugar through the chocolate
- Mix the linseeds, the vanilla extract and the almond milk through the chocolate mixture. Lightly stir the flour mixture through the chocolate mixture
- Pour the batter into the baking mould lined with baking paper and smoothe the top
- Bake the vegan brownies for about 25 minutes in the oven, or until the top is crispy
- Let the brownies cool down for a while and then remove them from the mould
- Enjoy!
